FabFitFun Spring Box 2018 Review

I love receiving stuff in the mail – it’s like getting presents just for me. One of my favorite things  is getting subscription boxes. It is a great  to treat yourself and try out different products.

My top 2 favorite were the Beautycon  Box (Which has now been discontinued) and the FabFitFun box.

FabFitFun describes it’s boxes as having “amazing beauty, wellness, fashion, and fitness products”

The theme for this season’s spring box inspired by empowering women.   Out of all the boxes I have received this has to be my favorite – because I’m all about independent women and empowering women.

I mean how awesome are the graphics? When you open up your box it looks like this:

FabFitFun includes a mini magazine with each box. The magazine gives you an overview of the products included in your box as well as articles, reviews, recipes etc.

Okay now to the fun part – the unboxing! The first product in my box is the:

ISH Lip Statement Palette

Some of the colors are pretty and I love the mirror that comes with it.  I don’t know if I will hold onto this one or set it aside for a giveaway. I’m sure some of the other colors that usually won’t work on a girl my complexion can be made to work with a lip liner such as MAC Chestnut.

The next  item is one I was excited about because I just love jewelry.

The  Maya Brenner “Love” Bracelet.  VIP FabFitFun members could choose between this or  a set of earrings. I  ended up getting the Love bracelet which I can’t wait to wear. I might to try to wear it as an anklet too.

The third item in my box was this Rachel Pally Reversible Clutch – It comes in 3 different patterns. I got this blue floral  print one.  I just love the fact it’s reversible and you get 2 clutches in one.

The next item is one I’ve been needing for my days off from work lol :

Free People Starry Eyed Travel Mask. This  mask comes in three colors too. I’m glad I got the teal one  – it’s so pretty. I can see me getting a lot of good use out of this in my days off from my nursing shifts.

The following items are Skin care and nail items.  The first is the:

KORRES Guava Body Butter

I love anything that provides my skin hydration – I have dry skin that really gets worse in the Winter time.  I also like exotic scents – so I may just keep this one.

Murad Skin Perfecting Lotion

FabFitFun describes this lotion as “an ultra light oil moisturizer that helps blemished skin stay smooth while providing hydration”. This would probably come in handy has a lotion to keep in your purse. Or I may just set it aside for a give away.

Dermelect Cosmeceuticals Makeover Ridge Concealer Filler

This products is meant to keep nails healthy and smooth. I’m curious to try it out and see if it works – especially between manicure nail jobs.

Dove Exfoliating Body Polish (Sample Size).

Remember when I said subscription boxes give you chance to try out products you are interested in but don’t want to spend money on just yet? Well this is one of the products I’ve been waiting to try. I can’t wait to see what it does.

and for the Fitness item – FabFitFun always includes a product to do with fitness

a Physique 57 Massage Roller

I love massages  and I can’t wait to try this out to help take out the kinks in sore muscles after a long day at work or an intense workout.

I was missing a candle from my box – but other than that slight disappointment (I love candles), I am happy with this Spring box 2018. I think I will get a lot of use out of most of the products.  Just in case you were curious the total value of the products in this box came up to $354! I only pay $49.99 for each box.

If you are interested in trying a FabFitFun box for free  – just comment below and I’ll get in contact with you about how to get one. You just have to pay shipping and you get a starter box.
