Grapefruit Mimosas

Nothing beats waking up after sleeping in. But you know what is even better? Mimosas!

I am a fan of mimosas and think it makes a wonderful addition to brunch or breakfast during the weekends.  I’m up for trying any kind of mimosa and will experiment to try different ones till I come up with a flavor I like.

My recent recipe is Grapefruit Mimosas – I tried this out when I made some to celebrate the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry to Meghan Markle.

The recipe is simple and quick, but results in a very tart but powerful champagne kick to start your day!
