Stuffed Chicken Rolls

4 Chicken Breasts cleaned and sliced in half

1 green onion

2 sprigs of fresh dill

2 red peppers

1/4 cup of white wine

1 tsp mixed herbs,salt, garlic powder and pepper, 1 tbsp oil

4 oz of cream cheese

1/3 of shredded cheese of your choice

  1. Start by cleaning your chicken breasts and cutting them in half lengthwise – like so:20180601_20223220180601_202242
  2. In a small bowl, mix a 1/4 cup of wine the 1 tsp each of herb, salt, garlic powder, pepper and 1 tbsp oil as your marinade. 20180601_20151220180601_201704
  3. Place the marinade and the chicken breasts in a 30 gallon bag and place in the fridge for 30 minutes or more time if you have it. Preheat the oven 375 F.20180601_202503
  4. Meanwhile, soften up your cream cheese  and add 1 tsp of garlic powder.  Slice your green onions and red peppers and add to them cream cheese. Lastly add the sprinkled  cheese and dill to the mixture.  20180601_21192620180601_21215420180601_212254
  5. When the chicken is done marinading, dry off excess marinade on a paper towel.20180601_212519
  6. Lay the chicken breast on a flat surface. At the bigger end of the chicken, place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture. Then start at that end and roll the chicken up. 20180601_21262120180601_21265520180601_212658
  7. Grease a pan and  place the chicken roll ups in the pan.  Place them in the oven for about 60 minutes.   Towards the end of time, turn on the broil to give the rolls ups a golden brown look. 20180601_21315120180602_152010
